Mandatory
► Any Bachelor Degree (preferably Engineering)
► Minimum 1 – 2 Years of Experience in customer coordination
► Good computer skills (MS Office)
► Excellent verbal and written communication skills
► Languages known – English & Hindi Must

Job Purpose
To perform back end sales related activities

Job Profile
► Handling customer requirements on product & Orders
► Preparation of quotes
► Coordinating the sales team & Dispatch team
► Coordination with service team for installation & service calls
► Tender related works
► ISO & Audit documentation
► Organizing demo and conferences
► Attending conference if required
► Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed
► Preparation of Monthly reports
